After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick onboarding flow. Start by setting up your agency profile, then add your first athlete using the Onboard Athlete page. From there you can begin creating deals, tracking contracts, and managing partnerships.
Navigate to the Athletes page and click the 'Add Athlete' button, or use the Onboard Athlete page from the sidebar for a guided setup. Fill in the athlete's profile details including sport, school, social media handles, and NIL valuation.
Go to the Deals page and click 'New Deal'. Select the athlete, brand, deal type, and financial terms. The deal will appear in your pipeline where you can track it through stages from Lead to Closed.
Yes. Most pages support CSV import. Look for the Upload or Import button on the Athletes, Deals, and Contracts pages. Download a template first to ensure your data matches the expected format.
NIL valuation is based on a combination of factors including social media following and engagement, sport and position, school and conference, past deal history, and market comparables. You can manually adjust valuations or let the platform suggest one.
On the athlete's profile page, click Edit and add their social handles for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube. The platform will automatically pull follower counts and engagement metrics for valuation purposes.
Verified athletes have had their identity, school enrollment, and eligibility confirmed. This badge increases brand trust and can lead to higher-value deals. Verification can be initiated from the athlete's profile page.
Yes. Use the Compare page from the sidebar to select two or more athletes and view their metrics, valuations, deal history, and social stats side by side.
Deals flow through stages: Lead, Contacted, Proposed, Negotiating, and Closed (Won or Lost). You can drag deals between stages on the Kanban board view, or update the stage from the deal detail page.
The Contract Builder lets you create professional NIL contracts from templates. Select a template, fill in the deal terms, add custom clauses, and generate a PDF. You can also upload your own contract templates.
Yes. Once a contract is finalized, you can send it for e-signature directly from the platform. Both parties will receive email notifications and can sign electronically. Signed copies are stored in the Document Vault.
Contracts with expiration dates will trigger automated reminders before they expire. You can configure reminder timing in Settings. The Calendar page also shows upcoming contract milestones.
The Payments page shows all incoming and outgoing payments across your deals. You can filter by status (Pending, Paid, Overdue), athlete, brand, or date range. Each payment links back to its associated deal and contract.
Yes. From any deal or the Payments page, click 'Create Invoice' to generate a professional invoice. Invoices can be customized with your agency branding and sent directly to brands via email.
Stripe integration is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Connect your Stripe account in Settings to enable automated payment processing, real-time payment tracking, and automatic reconciliation.
You can configure payment splits per deal to automatically calculate agency commission, athlete payout, and any third-party fees. Split configurations can be set as defaults in Settings or customized per deal.
Brands can be invited via the Brands page. They receive a unique portal link where they can browse available athletes, submit partnership offers, and track their active deals and campaigns.
Yes. Through the Brand Portal, brands can submit partnership offers that appear in your deal pipeline as new leads. You can review, negotiate, and accept offers on behalf of your athletes.
Brands have access to campaign performance metrics including impressions, engagement rates, conversion data, and ROI calculations for their active partnerships. You control what data is shared in Settings.
