Other platform users — Athletes and Brands you choose to engage with
Service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (hosting)

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Athletes Under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of the Platform and ongoing data collection. Parents may request access to or deletion of their child's data by emailing privacy@nationalnilsports.app.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Correct — fix inaccurate data
Delete — request deletion of your data
Port — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Opt out — of marketing emails
